Jupiter Hotel - Sunny Beach

Awesome place with free wi-fi, a relaxing bar area, a nice pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff assisting me with currency exchange on my first stay. I can't wait to return for another city trip!

The breakfast was poor, (ex. No orange juice), and the food quality could be better...

I stayed in a ground floor room in the main building, and it was spacious and really clean. The chairs on the balcony were comfy, nice. Air conditioning worked well too, but the towels were a bit thin. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for a peaceful night's sleep despite being close to the nightlife.

I had a fantastic time at this place! The breakfast buffet was impressively diverse, and I especially loved the great view from my room. The only downside was the pool area felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

Loved the pool area with fine gardens. Fresh towels regularly. Enjoy the lively atmosphere at nearby bars!

Just a prime choice for a stopover in Sunny Beach with the best value. The pool bar was a nice spot to unwind, offering comfy sofas and reasonably priced drinks. Check out The Americano for better breakfast options nearby.

Patio doors in the rooms don't secure properly, leading to concerns about safety, especially with rumors of theft in the area. The breakfast variety becomes stale quickly with repetitive options, including overcooked sausages and rubbery pancakes. Plus, there's a notable lack of maintenance, as broken sunbeds are often left untreated, and room amenities, like plugs, often seem outdated or poorly designed.

Nice pool area and friendly staff. Lots of activities available like table tennis and billiards.

Perfect for families, couples and solo adventurers

The staff were always friendly! Met a lovely cleaning lady, she'd manage to keep our room super clean every day. The pool area was just paradise, clean and well maintained, and I often found myself just laying there enjoying the sun.

It wasn't cheap, but the experience was worth it.

The room had air conditioning, a television, and a balcony, making it comfortable and convenient for relaxing after a long day. As a young guest, I appreciated having these amenities to unwind and enjoy some downtime.

Personally, I found the view to the pool in every room a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that others might enjoy it for the convenience and quick access to the pool area.

Our room, located on the third floor, was spacious and clean, with a balcony that offered a lovely view of the pool area. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk away from Flower Street and local supermarkets. We were also pleasantly surprised at the affordable prices, especially the breakfast which was only £4. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for value for money, attention to detail, and a great location close to shops and the beach.
